Mid fix All pipework from 1st fix to baths, showers etc. 2nd fix Connection to all secondary plumbing appliances to complete the wet areas. Ventilation Bespoke ventilation system installed. |

Fitting of high-quality insulation materials for the pipework.
Commissioning
Flushing out pipework to ensure that it’s clean and debris free. Tests to ensure the system (i.e. hot and cold water, correct working pressures and flow rates).
Chlorination
Ensuring that the water is clean and potable.
O&M Manuals
An Operating Manual explaining the complete system that has been installed) will be given to the end user.
